Why call a Picture Hanging Service?
Picture Hanging is not a handyman job. A hammer and a nail is not enough to bring clarity to your art collection and balance to your home.
We find practical solutions with an artistic eye.
Picture UP ensures the artwork is handled correctly and securely arranged on your wall.

What is your price structure?
Picture UP charges by the hour and a travel fixture. After the first hour, time is rounded to the nearest 1/2hour.

How long will it take to hang pictures in my house?
Every project is different. It can be an easy quick job or a tricky business. As an approximate guide 5 - 6 average sized artworks can be hung per hour and the average house should take no more than 2-3 hours. Best describe your project in your free quote and I can give you a detailed offer.

Which suburbs do you include?
My service arear includes Sunshine Coast and Hinterland areas:

Cooroy, Eumundi, Yandina, Nambour, Noosa, Coolum, Bli Bli, Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Buderim, Sippy Downs, Mountain Creek, Kawana, Currimundi, Caloundra, Pelican Waters, Landsborough, Glasshouse, Maleny, Montville and Mapleton.

Do you offer services at flexible times?
Yes, I can organize services at flexible times such as early or late appointments or weekend appointments by arrangement.

Do I need to provide my own hooks?
All standard hanging hardware is included. I also replace D-hooks or wires if needed.
Big or heavy artwork, mirrors or items not originally intended to hang on walls may incur an extra charge to cover special materials.

Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured.

Can you tell me where best to put my pictures?
Yes, I am happy to provide input on where your art will look its best!

Can you design and lay out my gallery wall?
Absolutely. I utilize the design elements and principles to make spaces as beautiful and interesting as possible.

Do you hang Mirrors?
Yes, I hang framed mirrors. If mirrors are lightweight the wire can usually be used for hanging, but for larger or heavier mirrors it is much better to hang from fixtures attached to the frame.

Can I give you a hand with large artwork or heavy mirror that needs two people to lift?
If you are able to assist and it is safe, you are welcome to take over the assist art handler role.
